Community Feedback

We maintain active partnerships with communities where we operate and are committed to making positive contributions to these societies. As par of this, we have established a process for communities to give feedback or raise concerns about any of our sites or activities. 

We endeavour to be a good neighbour and strive to keep disruptions from our activities to a minimum. We actively try to identify, investigate and resolve any concerns early however, if you do have a concern you'd like to raise with us please contact us on 0800 456 800 or by email info.nz@omv.com

All feedback is recorded and forwarded to the relevant department so a solution can be found in a timely, fair and consistent manner. You can expect an initial response within two business days and a detailed response within 20 working days.
